Terms of Service

1. Operator, acceptance, and accounts

TopicRadar is operated by Stellar Byte Technology Corp., a corporation organized in British Columbia, Canada. Creating an account or using TopicRadar means accepting these terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18, keep account details accurate, and protect your credentials.

2. Service and third-party content

TopicRadar subscribes to RSS/web sources and uses AI to create curations and drafts. Original articles, titles, summaries, images, and links remain owned by their publishers/rightsholders; display here transfers no ownership to TopicRadar or you. You are responsible for lawful use, export, and publication. AI output may be inaccurate and requires human review.

3. Plans, billing, and renewal

Features and quotas are those shown on the Pricing page at purchase. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance and automatically renew at each cycle until canceled. Taxes and the final charge appear at Stripe checkout.

4. Upgrades, downgrades, cancellation, and refunds

• Upgrades, including monthly-to-annual changes within a tier, generally take effect immediately with Stripe-calculated proration.
• Downgrades and annual-to-monthly changes take effect at period end.
• You can cancel renewal in Stripe's billing portal; paid access generally continues through the period end.
• Request a full refund within seven days of your first subscription. Renewals, upgrade prorations, and later requests are generally non-refundable unless law requires otherwise or we expressly agree.

5. Acceptable use and your content

Do not break law, infringe rights, seek unauthorized access, disrupt the service, bypass quotas/payment controls, transmit malicious code, or misuse others' data. You retain your submitted content and grant us only the limited rights needed to provide the service.

6. Availability, changes, and termination

We work to maintain TopicRadar but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may restrict or terminate accounts for security, law, abuse, or material breach. We will give reasonable notice of material adverse changes where practicable; you may cancel renewal before they take effect.

7. Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the service is provided “as is”; TopicRadar does not guarantee AI output, third-party content, or third-party services and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss. Nothing excludes liability or consumer rights that law does not permit us to exclude.

8. Governing law, disputes, and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and applicable federal laws of Canada, without limiting non-waivable consumer rights where you live. The parties will first try to resolve disputes in good faith; unresolved disputes are subject to the courts of competent jurisdiction in British Columbia. Transactional, security, account, and service notices are necessary to operate the service; marketing requires separate consent. Contact support@topicradar.io.
